Who

A purpose-led company helping organisations shift to regenerative models that centre ecosystems, people, and long-term sustainability.

Challenge

Create press-ready team photography that feels genuine, not staged or corporate. Show connection to nature and unity across a diverse team. Make images usable for media, website, and internal culture without losing integrity.

Role

Environmental portrait shoot, art direction, image selection, natural editorial post-processing, multi-use licensing.

Elio needed team portraits that reflect who they are and what they stand for. The ask was clear. No staged office shots. No startup clichés. Photographs that carry their values and can travel across press, web, and social.

The Bloom&Boom! Way

🌱 Define the intention

Anchor the shoot in Elio’s mission. Let the land and the team’s natural interactions tell the story. The goal was belonging and honesty, not performance.

🪴 Shape the voice

Concept and location  Open meadow and woodland. The landscape sets the energy. Movement, curiosity, play. Little to no rigid posing.

Tone and mood  Earthy and unfiltered. Overcast light, lush greens, texture of bark and grass. Natural wardrobe with soft tones that fit the place.

Direction  Create a safe space and let people be themselves. Images should feel like snapshots of belonging, not press setups. Co-creation, rootedness, lightness, care.

📣 Make it heard

Select and prepare images for press kits, website placement, and social use. Deliver a set that can live across channels with a consistent, natural editorial tone.
